At Davis Jr, we believe that great products deserve a seamless experience. Below you’ll find our shipping, cancellation, exchange, and refund policies, designed to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind.

Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999 and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract a nominal shipping fee of ₹70.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During collection launches, holidays, or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier network availability.

Updating Your Shipping Address

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request a change to your shipping address by contacting our team. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order leaves our facility.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every Davis Jr piece with confidence.

Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for exchange.
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product and packaging must be shared with our team to process claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Requests submitted without supporting images or videos may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Refunds

For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability may be borne by the customer.
